The judicialization of health has become a daily, serious and growing problem that challenges officials at all levels of the executive branch. In practice, it contributes to accumulating thousands of lawsuits in the courts, disorganizing public accounts and favoring those who have the means and resources to appeal to justice, not necessarily those that really need it. In view of this scenario, INTERFARMA publishes this booklet to foment the debate on the subject and contribute in the search for solutions.
